This Payment & Billing Policy explains how payments are processed at VELISTRA, the accepted payment methods, billing accuracy requirements, and key information about pricing, invoices, and refunds.

1. Accepted Payment Method

We accept payments via PayPal only.
All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

2. Payment Security

Payments are handled securely by PayPal using encryption and industry-standard safeguards.
We do not store your full card details on our systems.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Taxes are included where applicable.
Shipping is a flat fee of £20.00 with trackable delivery (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or failed deliveries.

5. Order Confirmation & Invoices

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Invoices and receipts are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

6. Fraud Prevention

We may use automated tools and manual checks to verify orders and prevent fraud. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or fails, please contact your bank or PayPal. You may place a new order once the issue is resolved. We cannot reserve stock for unpaid orders.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Unresolved issues may be raised through PayPal dispute procedures or your card issuer if applicable.

10. No Installments or Financing

We do not currently offer instalment plans or financing options.
