1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship all orders within the United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us at velistraltd@gmail.com to check if special arrangements can be made.
2. Shipping Method & Cost
All orders are shipped using our Express Delivery Service. Shipping details are as follows:
- Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping Fee: £20.00 (flat rate per order)
- Tracking: Every order includes a trackable shipping number
We partner only with trusted courier services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
4. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Couriers may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
5. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply. Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
6. Damaged Packages
We take great care to package every item securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, certain delays (e.g., courier issues, weather, or customs checks) may occur. VELISTRA cannot be held responsible for such delays, but we will always assist in resolving them promptly.
